I am a dedicated individual with a passion for learning and growing in the tech field. I am currently working on creating a CCNA certification study guide to break into the industry. With a wide range of professional experience including as a general contractor, chef, COO of a restaurant chain, and electrician, I bring over 18 years of customer and client service experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle high-stress situations. I also have experience in project management, technical documentation, and supervisory experience. Furthermore, I am a team player with a lifelong passion for learning, fluent in French, and have skills in network fundamentals, Markdown, VSCode, GitHub, command line experience, and basic Go programming. I believe that with my diverse background and technical skills, I will be a valuable addition to the tech field.
